Jason Noah Corwin, General Contractor
Jason is a licensed General Contractor in the state of California. His experience in the construction industry has spanned almost 15 years, and included projects of all varieties, including commercial/residential, ground-up construction, as well as remodels of all sizes. Jason prides himself on his knowledge of green building standards, current energy-efficiency regulations, as well as future mandates that will alter the construction industry here in Southern California.
Jason is a passionate builder who is constantly looking to learn and grow within the industry. He truly enjoys education and empowering homeowners/clients during the build process, and believes it is an essential part in the development of strong client/builder relationship.
In his free time, Jason enjoys building custom furniture, diving, surfing and playing the drums in his band, Opaleye.

Seth Guthrie, Architect/Structural Engineer
Seth is a licensed Structural Engineer in California with 18 years structural engineering experience designing everything from homes to hotels to stadiums. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1996 with a Bachelors of Science in Architectural Engineering and a Masters of Architecture.
Seth has recently been involved in a number of home remodels in Carlsbad and Encinitas. In his free time, Seth enjoys playing soccer, running, listening to music and spending time with his beloved family.

Michelle Moritz, Interior Designer
Michelle is a talented designer with the ability to visualize her clients' desires. Her intuitive nature and versatility allows her to easily create within the individual style of each of her clients. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Design Institute of San Diego.
Prio to studying interior design, she completed a degree in fashion design, worked many years in the fashion industry, and has extensive knowledge of tile and stone. Michelle now combines her passions by integrating current and classic combinations of textiles, materials, colors and accessories to create amazing atmospheres for her clients to enjoy, retreats and live.
